Miami Beach, Florida (March 2010) – The ninth annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, February 25–28, 2010, was once again a successful and unforgettable extravaganza.  More than 50,000 guests attended the four-day event, and over $2 million was raised for the Florida International University (FIU) School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.

(Miami Beach, FL – January 2010) – In an effort to assist in the ongoing relief efforts for Haiti, Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. and the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine are pleased to announce that the Festival will donate 100% of the gross advance ticket sales from the South Beach Diet presents Fun and Fit as a Family event to the William J. Clinton Foundation’s Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund.

(January 2010)— The  Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival has hosted America’s perfect pairing of champagne and barbeque since its inception in 2002 but Festival Founder and Director Lee Brian Schrager is kicking it up a notch for 2010, adding superstar chef Emeril Lagasse as the host of this year’s Perrier-Jouët BubbleQ presented by Allen Brothers.

(December 2009)— Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. and the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival are pleased to announce that the French Ambassador to the United States, the Honorable Pierre Vimont, will join the Festival in a special celebration of the Champagne Region of France and the cuisine of France in 2010.  Festival Host Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. is proud to showcase France’s great champagne producers in South Florida for this celebration.    

A one of a kind extravaganza, the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned winemakers, spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities.
