It’s the coolest night in hot South Beach when some of the country’s best burger makers get together to show off their unique interpretations. Set on the white-sand beach of The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, this annual competition takes the humble patty – beef, of course, plus a few non-traditional entries sure to please – and elevates it to an art form. What savory bliss lies between the buns is yours to discover. As you munch, and in between sips of perfectly chilled Amstel Light, vote for your favorite. Hostess Rachael Ray will announce the winner and bestow bragging rights for the next year. Then end the night with the number one chocolate chip cookie in the world and other assorted to-die-for desserts from Levain Bakery and a cold, comforting confection from Jeni’s Ice Creams, artisanal goodness borne from the freshest ingredients.

NEW THIS YEAR: A special 45 minute preview reception ($300 not including tax and service fee) for a limited number of lucky Burger Bash enthusiasts. Enjoy the luxury of elbow room as the doors fly open for you at 6:15 pm instead of 7:00pm and watch Rachael Ray meet and greet all Burger Bash chefs as she tours and tastes. A portion of the proceeds from the preview reception will benefit Rachael's Yum-o!® Foundation, a nonprofit organization that empowers kids and their families to develop healthy relationships with food and cooking by teaching families to cook, feeding hungry kids and funding cooking education and scholarships.
