In a special celebratory dinner, The Forge welcomes Chef April Bloomfield and restaurateur Ken Friedman, both of New York City’s first gastropub, The Spotted Pig, to South Beach to celebrate The Spotted Pig’s 10th anniversary. A Michelin Guide rated restaurant for seven consecutive years, Bloomfield is bringing the party to one of Miami's most iconic restaurants for a special evening to celebrate this milestone. In the decade since opening, fanfare has ensued skyrocketing Bloomfield and the restaurant to much critical acclaim, with Bloomfield being named a FOOD & WINE Best New Chef in 2007. This is one dinner party you won’t want to miss as Bloomfield and the chef from The Forge create a special menu to share with guests the culinary prowess that have made them both a success.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to email@example.com.
