In a special celebratory dinner, the talented Bianca at Delano Chef Luciano Sautto welcomes Chef April Bloomfield and restaurateur Ken Friedman, both of New York City’s first gastropub, The Spotted Pig, to South Beach to celebrate The Spotted Pig’s 10th anniversary. A Michelin Guide rated restaurant for seven consecutive years, Bloomfield is bringing the party to Bianca at the Delano for a special evening to celebrate this milestone. In the decade since opening, fanfare has ensued skyrocketing Bloomfield and the restaurant to much critical acclaim, with Bloomfield being named a FOOD & WINE Best New Chef in 2007. At Bianca, Chef Sautto is inspired by challenging the expected culinary norms. He thrives when taking basic recipes and adding new elements to them, making each dish uniquely his own. This is one dinner party you won’t want to miss as both chefs create a special menu to share with guests the culinary prowess that have made them both a success.
