Although it’s best known for its music, Nashville’s booming food scene is something worth singing about and we’re belting it out at SOBEWFF 2015 with this nod to Nashville.  We collected some of the most beloved and iconic food shakers of Music City to dish out their favorite and legendary creations. This dinner will feature California cuisine pioneer Jonathan Waxman, a newcomer to the Nashville food scene, Executive Chef John Lasater and owner Nick Bishop Jr. from the famed hot chicken restaurant Hattie B’s, Nashville’s own Tandy Wilson, Patrick Martin of Tennessee’s Martin’s BBQ Joint and chef Diego Oka, executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental -- where this all goes down, beachside.  Join us for an evening of never-ending laughs and bites as we celebrate Nashville.
