If you’ve ever wanted to see a book come to life, here’s your chance!  Anthony Bourdain wrote the foreword to Treme: Stories and Recipes from the Heart of New Orleans, a cookbook based on the HBO show of the same name and written by Lolis Eric Elie with co-creators David Simon and Eric Overmyer, and he’s gathered up its all-star cast of contributors to head to South Beach and prepare a Bayou feast just for you.  Bourdain and his circle of friends, all award-winning chefs, will guide you through a night of Cajun and Creole cuisine accompanied by paired wines from the Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida portfolio.  Whether you’re a fan of the show, the chefs or New Orleans in general, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to see it all happen live at the Festival!
