SOBEWFF® 2016 Tribute Dinner honoree Jonathan Waxman and highly acclaimed South Florida chefs James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz and Aaron Brooks come together for an evening of not-to-be-missed culinary prowess. These chefs are widely known for their ability to elevate classic dishes and showcase fresh ingredients in a cozy atmosphere. Brooks, executive chef of EDGE Steak & Bar, is in charge of wrangling the gang together. Known for its non-traditional, approachable menu of high-quality, interesting cuts of meat, indigenous seafood and locally sourced fruits and vegetables, EDGE Steak & Bar has become a favorite among Brickell restaurants.  Its steakhouse “light” concept, features smaller cuts of meat options and lighter sides, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal vegetable creations. This highly skilled group of men will create a one-of-a-kind menu that is easy on the taste buds, and your eyes, for a feast paired with some of the finest wines in the Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida portfolio.
