SOBEWFF is partnering with Miami’s elite underground dining club Cobaya to bring together this all-star group of talented chefs, cooking creative dishes for adventurous and open-minded diners all while enjoying sweeping views of Biscayne Bay. Hosts Andrew Zimmern, Chris Cosentino, Makoto Okuwa and Michael Schwartz welcome guests for an unforgettable evening of adventure and fun on the sprawling outdoor plaza of the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), the dynamic collection of cultural and contemporary art named in recognition of the famed Jorge M. Pérez.  Zimmern, a long-time friend of SOBEWFF, is a James Beard award-winning TV personality, chef, food writer, and teacher.  Celebrated Chef Cosentino, best known for making meat his muse, joins us at SOBEWFF for the first time from Incanto in California.  South Florida’s own Chef Makoto Okuwa brings his extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine from his namesake restaurant Makoto in Bal Harbour to the table, alongside James Beard Award-winning chef/restaurateur Michael Schwartz, the owner of three restaurants in Miami's Design District. Joining the chefs is also Executive Chef Nicolay Adinaguev, of PAMM’s Verde restaurant, who will add his innovative cuisine approach to this dinner.

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@sobefest.com.
